No pics post...

I haven't posted in over a week so I thought I would write something really quick. We are doing great although Lacee and Lyla have been sick off and on. Fevers, coughing, croupy...you know how it is. I have been doing some kind of work out every day which makes me feel good until I step on the scale...My weight seems to be stuck where it is and im nervous about cutting calories cause I don't want to risk messing up my milk...Any advise out there? I also need advise on how to stop craving junk food! I am addicted, I admit it...HELP!

I'm in the same position. I am too afraid to cut calories, so I'm just dealing with the weight until I'm done nursing. Just keep exercising and eating good and it will make it easier when your able to have your body back to yourself!! :) Just think of it as being on loan for awhile longer

don't weigh yourself more than once a week at the most. It's even better if you do it only once a month. Then you see the true direction you are headed. Daily weighing is destructive to your goal.
